On being called, the complainant appeared in person. On behalf of the opposite party, learned advocate Mr. Puneet Jain appeared. The complainant's learned advocate informed that the order passed by the Bench under Section-34 has not yet been complied with by the opposite party. Therefore the complainant has requested possession of the unit along with interest for the delayed period. The learned advocate for the opposite company informed that the compliance report regarding the order passed by the Bench under Section-34 has been submitted physically before the Authority. The opposite party is directed to ensure that, within the next 03 weeks, a copy of the compliance report physically submitted before the Authority is uploaded on the RERA portal complaint page, and a copy is also made available to the complainant by e-mail.
