The objection dated 48.03.2026 filed by the respondent against the report filed by the RERA authorized C.A. has already been decided. An application dated 07.08.2026 was filed by the complainant stating that she is ready to pay the outstanding amount under the head of the allotted unit, and the respondent should provide the details as to in which account the outstanding amount is to be paid.

The respondent is directed to ensure providing account details to the complainant within 45 days specifying in which account the outstanding amount is to be paid by the complainant, and also ensure uploading the account details on the RERA portal. Thereafter, the complainant shall ensure payment of the outstanding amount within 45 days. Thereupon, in compliance with the order dated 22.05.2023 passed by the Hon'ble RERA Bench, the respondent shall ensure uploading its compliance report on the RERA portal and physically filing it in the RERA office.
