It was stated by the complainant that the order passed by the Bench under Section-34 has not been complied with by the respondent so far. Therefore, a request was made by the complainant to grant possession of the unit along with interest for the delayed period. It was informed by the learned Advocate for the respondent that SWAMIH Fund has been received to complete the construction work of the project in question, and an application has been submitted before the RERA Authority regarding providing time till December, 2026 to complete the remaining works of the project. All evidence relating to the receipt of "Swamih Investment Fund I" has been uploaded by the respondent on the complaint page of the RERA portal in support of its statement. The respondent is directed to ensure uploading the "Progress Report" of the construction of the project along with photographs on the complaint page of the RERA portal within the next 04 weeks and provide a physical copy at the RERA Regional Office, Greater Noida.
