Due to non-compliance by the opposite party with the order dated 34.07.2022 passed by the Hon'ble RERA Bench-0A, the Authority has already been written to on date 44.44.2025 for imposing penalty / [ect] against the opposite party under Section-63, and a copy of the order has already been sent to the Secretary, RERA. The opposite party is directed again to ensure completing the allotted unit of the complainant within 3 months, obtaining O.C. / C.C., handing over possession of the unit to the complainant, executing the registry of the unit in favour of the complainant, and uploading a copy of the possession letter and registry on the RERA portal.
