Ltd. Order The complainant's complaint was presented for hearing through video conferencing. On call, learned Advocate Ms. Oshin Gupta appeared on behalf of the complainant. The respondent was absent. Notice be issued for appearance to the respondent. It was informed by the learned Advocate for the complainant that the (original allottee) complainant has sadly passed away. Therefore, a request was made by the learned Advocate for the complainant to grant 04 weeks' time to remove the name of the original allottee (complainant) and record the name of his wife Deepali Sharma in the records of the respondent company by presenting the requisite documents, namely death certificate of the original allottee (complainant), legal heir certificate, and NOC of the legal heirs in favor of his wife Deepali Sharma, to carry out the aforesaid action. The aforesaid request of the learned Advocate for the complainant is accepted, and the respondent company is ordered to cooperate with the complainant in the aforesaid proceedings and ensure making necessary amendment at the appropriate place in its company records.

Thereafter, the complainant is also ordered that after carrying out the aforesaid action, ensure uploading an amendment application on the RERA complaint page for recording / amending the name of the new complainant (Deepali Sharma) on Form-M of the complaint page, and make available a physical copy at the RERA Regional Office, Greater Noida. From the aforesaid, it is evident that presently the complaint in question is defective. The file be put up on the scheduled date 0:-07-2026 for further proceedings. Adjudicating Officer, U.P. RERA.
