Therefore, the complainant requested for delivery of possession of the unit along with interest for the delayed period. A request was made by the learned counsel for the respondent company to grant time for uploading and filing its compliance report on the complaint page of the RERA portal regarding the order passed by the Bench under Section-31 in the said complaint, which is accepted. The respondent is directed to comply with the order passed by the Bench under Section-34 within the upcoming 04 weeks, ensure uploading its compliance report on the complaint page of the RERA portal, and provide a physical copy to the RERA Regional Office, Greater Noida, a copy of which shall also be provided to the complainant via email.
