Heard the complainant on her application dated 44.04.2024, which was received by the postal department on 06.06.2024. In that application the complainant has pointed out errors in the order dated 08.02.2024, and has made allegations regarding the predecessor officer and the appellate tribunal, and a complaint lodged at the government level regarding these has also been submitted. The application also states that a complaint is to be filed before the District Consumer Commission, Gautam Buddh Nagar, regarding mental harassment. In compliance with the order dated 22.40.2020 passed in complaint No. ADJ/NCR44/03/52374/2020, a recovery certificate of Rs. 2,82,000/- was issued on 08.04.2024 for the amount (for the period from 04.05.2047 to 34.03.202), and thereafter a recovery certificate of Rs. 4,44,000/- has already been issued on 09.05.2023 (for the period from 04.04.2024 to 34.03.2023).

If the complainant wishes to make any amendment in the order dated 08.02.2024, she may lodge her complaint on the portal duly under Section 39 before the U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority. And if she wishes to submit any application regarding the issuance of a recovery certificate, she may submit an application clearly stating the period and the amount of compensation for which she wants the recovery certificate issued.
