In such circumstances, the complainant has requested that possession be delivered. It has also been brought to notice that the opposite party has obtained the OC of the project and that the registry process is underway. As regards interest for the delayed period, the complainant has stated that the amount of interest for the delayed period, Rs. 44 lakh, has already been received from the opposite party. The reason stated for not taking possession is that the opposite party is levying holding charges. The complainant is directed to take possession by paying the appropriate amount.
