A1 and A2 are enlarged on bail by this Court on 09.09.2026 and 10.09.2026 and prayed to enlarge the petitioner – A3 on bail.

4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that charge sheet is filed before the concerned Court and S.C. number is not yet assigned. 5. Respondent has filed charge sheet before the concerned Court on 30.06.2026 and S.C. number is not yet assigned. 6. It is to be noted that A1-G. Venkat is enlarged on bail by this Court vide Crl.P.No.14237 of 2026 dated 09.09.2026 and A2-Venkataiah Goud is enlarged on bail by this Court vide Crl.P.No.13809 of 2026 dated 10.09.2026. 7. Since charge sheet is filed, influencing the witnesses by the petitioner-A3 does not arise, he is entitled to be enlarged on bail, subject to the following conditions: 3 i. The petitioner – A3 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-IX Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Medchal. ii. The petitioner - A3 shall not directly or indirectly influence, threaten, or induce any of the prosecution witnesses. iii. The petitioner –A3 shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (presently, Section 480(3) of the BNSS). iv.
