Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner – A2 is enlarged on bail in Crl.B.P.No.50 of 2026 in Crime No.09/RCT-ACB-WGL/2026 of P.S., ACB, Warangal on 13.07.2026 on conditions. Condition No.ii is that ‘the petitioner-AO2 shall remain present before the DSP, ACB, Warangal Range on 2nd and 4th Monday of every month in between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., until further orders. He further submits that the petitioner – A2 has been complying with the said conditions since 13.07.2026 and prayed to relax the condition No.ii.

4. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent – state submits that most of the investigation is completed. 5. Petitioner – A2 is shown as accused No.2 in the Crime No. 09/RCT-ACB-WGL/2026 of PS, ACB, Warangal. He moved an application [Crl.B.P.No.50 of 2026] before the learned Sessions Court which came to be allowed on 13.07.2026 on conditions. Condition No.ii is reproduced in paragraph No.3. Petitioner – A2 is complying with the conditions since 13.07.2026. Learned Special Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that entire investigation is completed.
