Having :'egard to the submissions made above, this Court deems il appropriate to dispose of the Writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner as per the Slot Booking and Advisorv- Application No.2600383445, dated 19.6.2026 in accordance with 1aw, subject to petitioner complying with the provisions of the Act, within a period ol' four (4) weeks from the date of rect:ipt of a copy of this order. It will be open to 3 the Registering Authority to refuse the document presented before him, if he has any objection, duly assigning reasons in support of such decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.
