redressal of their grievance by submitting a demand notice but, as the selection for Driver/Operator/Fireman has already been finalized, the same will open flood gates. The only apprehension is that all other similarly situated persons will also ask for the same review, which will further delay the selection process. 2. We have heard learned counsel for the appellants and have gone through the record with his able assistance. 3. It may be noticed that the apprehension of the learned counsel for the appellant is incorrect as, in case anybody who has not approached the Court in case of any such claim being raised at the belated stage, the Court will appreciate the said fact while deciding the issue. 4. Learned counsel submits that keeping in view the said observations, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 5. Ordered accordingly. 6. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
