3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons came and forcibly started ploughing the field of informant from tractor. Upon objection, all the accused persons assaulted informant and his family members by means of lathi, danda, gadasa and iron rod as a result of which uncle of the informant sustained injuries and died during the Patna High Court CR. As per F.I.R., 11 named and some unknown persons are alleged to have assaulted the deceased but as per post-mortem report, only two injuries were found on his body. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.11.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific accusation that this petitioner repeatedly assaulted the deceased with iron rod and he is one of the assailants of the deceased. 6. However, since petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2025, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
