4. Learned counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that instead of filing an appeal challenging the notice of eviction/Form-‘Kha’ dated 12.06.2026 issued by Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-1, the Petitioner has straightway preferred the present Writ Petition. Hence, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable. 5. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the State, though this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in the Writ Petition, keeping in view the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to file an appeal along with an application for condonation delay so also a petition for interim protection within a period of fifteen working days hence. In such event, the concerned appellate authority shall condone the delay liberally and conclude the hearing of the appeal within thirty days thereafter. 6. It is further directed that till the application for interim protection is taken up, no coercive action shall be taken qua the present Petitioner pursuant to the eviction notice/Form-‘Kha’ dated 12.06.2026 issued by Opposite Party No.4 under Annexure-1. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
