In view of the aforesaid representation made by the Petitioner before Opposite Party No.1, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Opposite Party No.1 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 30.07.2026 under Annexure-9, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from today. 6. It is further directed that the Petitioner shall not be evicted from the land in question till a decision is taken by Opposite Party No.1 on the aforesaid representation. 7. In view of the aforesaid directions, the impugned order dated 08.07.2026 under Annexure-5 is hereby set aside. 1.
