This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3. The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer :- The petitioner humbly, therefore prays that your Lordship would graciously be pleased to admit the writ petitio, call for the records and issue notice to the opposite parties. And in the event the opposite parties fails to show cause of show insufficient cause make the rule absolute and issue writ of mandamus to quashed the Fake Caste Certificate (FCC) case No. 10 of 2023 issued by the (Opposite Party No.3) under Annexure-3. 4. In course of hearing, it is seen that the petitioner has been called upon by the State Level Scrutiny Committee, Northern Division, Sambalpur to appear before it in connection with fake certificate case initiated against her at the instance of her father. Though the petitioner has several grounds to raise, yet this Cour is of the view that since the competent forum, i.e., the State Level Scrutiny Committee is already in seisin over the matter, it would not be proper for this Court to interfere at this stage. 5. The writ petition is therefore, disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the Committee pursuant to the notice and put forth her reply in the matter, which needless to say shall be considered in the proper perspective and necessary order be passed.
