The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following relief: “It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue Rule NISI calling upon the opp. Parties show cause as to why:- 1. It is submitted by Mr. Pal, learned counsel being authorized by Ms. Parida, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, that the e-auction scheduled to be held on 30th May, 2026, has failed. Thus, the prayer challenging the e-auction sale notice under Annexure-1 has become infructuous. He, however, submits that the Petitioner is keen to settle the loan account under the One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme. 4. In view of the above, this Court without delving into the merits of the case of the Petitioner, disposes of the writ petition with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may approach the Bank, in accordance with law, by making a proposal for settlement of the outstanding loan dues under the OTS Scheme. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application. (K.R. Mohapatra) Judge (Mruganka Sekhar Sahoo) ms Judge Page 2 of 2
