6. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that the Tahasildar, Jeypore has issued an undated show cause notice under Annexure-1 in Form-Ka in Encroachment Case No.4-228 of 2026 under the OPLE Act, calling upon the Petitioner to submit his reply to the show cause notice. He further submits that, on the very same date, i.e., on 03.08.2026, Opposite Party No.3 issued a notice in Form-Kha directing the Petitioner to vacate the case land within seven days from the date of issuance of the said notice. It is further submitted that, on the same date, Opposite Party No.3 also issued a notice in Form-Ga directing the Petitioner to stop further construction over the case land.
