The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.339 of 2026 pending on the file of learned Gramya Nyalaya-Cum-J.M.F.C., Sukinda, arising out of Sukinda P.S Case No.147 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections-109/ 115(2)/ 126(2)/ 296/ 3(5)/ 351(3) of BNS. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that exaggerated allegations have been made against the Petitioner and he does not have any criminal Page 1 of 2 proclivity. Hence, the Petitioner may be protected by pre-arrest bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 5. Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper subject to verification of criminal antecedent and injury report. 6. If it comes to fore that the Petitioner has any criminal antecedent and that the injured has suffered any grievous injury, this order shall not be given effect to.

7. It is needless to state that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation. 8. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. (V.
