This Court by order dated 24th July, 2026 had directed the State to take instructions and to reply and today, it is informed to the Court by Mr. Mohanty, learned ASC for the State referring to the intimation dated 23rd July, 2026 received from opposite party No.3 addressed to the office of the learned AG, Odisha that the investigation is still on since the accused persons named therein, namely, the petitioner and other accused persons are absconding and could not be arrested despite several raids conducted in the meantime. 3. The petitioner is one of the accused persons and he pleads for early completion of investigation. 4. The case diary is submitted to the Court along with other relevant documents. Since the petitioner demands closure of Page 1 of 2 investigation and since the alleged incident is of the year 2023 and considering the report of opposite party No.3 received today, this Court is inclined to direct early closure of investigation as there has been a delay of three years and hence, it is ordered.

5. Consequently, the CRLMP stands disposed of with the direction as aforesaid for compliance by opposite party No.3 in particular. 6. Urgent copy of the order be issued as per rules. 7.
