Case No.110 of 2026 pending in the file of learned Sessions Judge, Malkangiri arising out of Kalimela P.S. Case No.94 of 2026 on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. Since a case is registered under the SC&ST (PoA) Act as made to reveal from Annexure-1, this Court, recording the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties, is of the view that the petitioners should be directed to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail to be considered in the light of the decision of this Court in Pramod Kumar Ray and others Vrs. State of Odisha (2017) 67 OCR 309. Page 1 of 2 4. Recorded the submission of learned counsel for the informant. 5. Accordingly, it is ordered.

6. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioners surrender before the court of learned Sessions Judge, Malkangiri within a fortnight from today and moves an application for bail, it shall be considered in connection with Special G.R. Case No.110 of 2026 corresponding to Kalimela P.S. Case No.94 of 2026 and disposed of in terms of the decision in Pramod Kumar Ray (supra) with a proper notice to the informant. 7.
