By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for issuance of a direction to the Opp. Party No.3, i.e. the Tahasildar, Dhamanagar, to record the scheduled land in favour of the Petitioner and to quash the notice dated 30.12.2022 issued by the Tahasildar, Dhamanagar under Sections 4 and 6 of the OPLE Act, 1972. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, however, in course of hearing in the application, fairly submits that there is a provision for objections to be filed before the appropriate authority under the relevant statue. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the application in order to approach the said authority by filing objection in accordance with law.

4. In the event, if any such objection is filed before the aforesaid authority within a period of fifteen (15) days and the encroachment proceeding is still pending, the said authority shall consider the objection of the Petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of one (1) month, giving an opportunity of being heard to the Petitioner. In such an eventuality, all the contentions of the Parties shall be kept open to be urged before the authority. 5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
