This Court finds that the petitioner has been implicated for an offence under the SC & ST (PoA) Act. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in connection with Sunabeda P.S. Case No.25 of 2026 corresponding to T.R. Case No.31 of 2026 for consideration of his bail plea in the light of the decision in Pramod Kumar Ray and others Vrs. State of Odisha (2017) 67 OCR 309. 5. In the result, ABLAPL stands disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a fortnight from today in connection Sunabeda P.S. Case No.25 of 2026 corresponding to T.R.
