Recorded the submissions of the learned counsel of the respective parties. The F.I.R. reveals that the informant was assaulted. It is alleged that the petitioner abused them in filthy language. The allegation is also about demand of Rs.30,000/- from the informant as a ransom by the petitioner. Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is under Section 115(2), BNS registered with other allied offences and as such, the informant has not received any serious injury as per the instructions available. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no other criminal antecedents. 3. This Court, recording the submissions as above and objection of the State and that the parties are known each other, is though not inclined to entertain the bail plea of the petitioner, however, grants him the liberty to surrender before Page 1 of 2 the learned court below for being released with stringent conditions imposed. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered.

5. In result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders before the Nayadhikari Gram Nyayalaya, Puri in connection with G.R. Case No.460 of 2026 corresponding to Puri Sadar P.S. Case No.336 of 2026 within a fortnight from today, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000(rupees twenty thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount with such other conditions imposed with subject to verification and absence of any other similar antecedents against him besides the following such as to attend PS at least once in a fortnight and to the IO without fail. 6.
