Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Delanga P.S Case No.120 of 2026 corresponding to G.R No.375 of 2026 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. Referring to Annexure-2 series, it is submitted to the Court, some of the accused persons are on bail. State’s objection is noted down. In fact, this Court by a common order in the ABLAPLs (Annexure-2 series) at Flag-A directed release of the co-accused persons subject to conditions. It is submitted to the Court that the petitioner is similarly situated like the other accused persons on bail. Considering the submissions as above, Page 1 of 2 this Court is inclined to direct to extend parity and direct release of the petitioner on similar terms and conditions. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered.

5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili within a fortnight from today, it is directed that he shall be released on bail in connection with Delanga P.S Case No.120 of 2026 corresponding to G.R No.375 of 2026 on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount with such other conditions imposed as deemed just and proper and in the facts and circumstances of the case besides the following, such as, not to involve himself in similar criminal activities while on bail and to furnish an undertaking at the local PS in that regard and also to co-operate the IO in the investigation without default as and when summoned. 6.
