Such appeal has been registered as Appeal Case No.01 of 2025. Learned senior counsel for the Petitioner further contended that the issue involves urgency, therefore, the appellate authority should have considered the appeal of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible. However, no steps have been taken for early hearing of the appeal. Being aggrieved by such inaction of the Opposite Party No.1, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition. 5. Learned counsel for the State on the other hand contended that he has no specific instruction in the matter. He further contended that in the event any such appeal is pending and no final decision has been taken thereon by the Opposite Party No.1, he will have no objection in the event this Court directs the Opposite Party No.1 to Page 2 of 3.
