Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with Rambha P.S.Case No. 220 of 2026 corresponding to Spl.G.R. Case No. 10 of 2026 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Khallikote, Ganjam on the grounds stated. 3. The record reveals that the petitioner had earlier approached along with another accused in ABLAPL No. 4695 of 2026 disposed of on 4th May, 2026. However, Mr. Mahanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is turn to one under the SC & ST (PoA) Act and while claiming so, he refers to a copy of the order of the learned court below dated 12th May, 2026 as at Annexure-2. In view of the above, notwithstanding the earlier ABLAPL order, this Court is of the Page 1 of 2 view that the petitioner should be directed to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail to be considered in the light of the decision of this Court in Pramod Kumar Ray and others Vrs. State of Odisha (2017) 67 OCR 309 and accordingly, it is ordered.

4. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Khallikote, Ganjam within a fortnight from today and moves an application for bail, it shall be considered in connection with Rambha P.S.Case No. 220 of 2026 corresponding to Spl.G.R. Case No. 10 of 2026 and disposed of in terms of the decision in Pramod Kumar Ray (supra) with a proper notice to the informant. 5. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules. (R.K.
