there exists a rivalry between two groups. He further contended that scuffle took place between two groups, as a result of which, both side have sustained some injuries. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that injury sustained by the injured are simple in nature. It was also contended that they belongs to the locality, therefore, there is no chance of absconding against them. The learned counsel for the State on the other hand objected to the release of the petitioners on bail on the ground of gravity and seriousness of the allegation. 6. The learned counsel for the informant submitted that in the meantime, the matter has already been amicably settled between the parties. 7. Learned counsel for the Petitioners, at the outset, submitted that the Petitioners do not want to press this bail application and seek liberty to surrender before the court below and move an application for bail.
8. Considering such submissions, the Petitioners are permitted to surrender before the learned court in seisin over the matter within a period of three weeks from today and move an application for bail.
