4. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners are the in-laws of the Informant-Victim. He further contended that the principal allegation is against the husband of the Informant, who is not the Petitioner in the present bail application. Learned counsel for the Petitioners further submitted that the Petitioners belong to the locality, therefore, there is no chance of their absconding. On such grounds, learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners be released on pre-arrest bail on any stringent terms and conditions. 5. Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, objected to the release of the Petitioners on pre-arrest bail on the ground of gravity and seriousness of the allegation and that their release on pre-arrest bail would cause adverse impact on the investigation. 6. At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners do not want to press this application and seek liberty to surrender before the court below and move an application for bail.
7. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the allegation and on the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the Petitioners are permitted to surrender before the court in seisin over the matter within a period of four weeks from today and move an application for bail. In such eventuality, the court in seisin over the matter shall release the Petitioners on bail on such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper in the Page 2 of 3. facts and circumstances of the case, but subject to verification of criminal antecedent of the Petitioners. 8.
