2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3. Since no adverse order is going to be passed, notice to the fifth and sixth respondents is dispensed with. 4.The petitioner claims that the land in question is classified as Government land in the revenue records and that a Nilaviyal Paathai exists in S.No.5A. The grievance of the petitioner is that the administrators of Veeraalagammal Kovil have illegally constructed a compound wall around the entire extent of land comprised in S.No.183/4, thereby obstructing the devotees of Sri Kasi Thatha Jeeva Samathi from accessing the Samathi through the said Nilaviyal Paathai. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 07.08.2026 before the respondents, seeking appropriate action against the administrators of the said Kovil. Since no effective action has been taken on the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.23914 of 2026 5.
