Eventhough counter has been filed by the respondents and the 90 days period fixed under Section 36 of the Act has also got expired, but, according to the petitioner, there is no progress in R.L.T.O.P. No.1 of 2026. 3. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of R.L.T.O.P. No.1 of 2026 in this civil revision petition. 4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruvallur, to dispose of the R.L.T.O.P.
