Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order dated 03.06.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.13884 of 2026 is modified to that effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a week ie., every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 4.
