Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition is filed to extend the time for the petitioner to comply with the order of the lower court dated 05.06.2026. He further submitted that on the next date fixed his client will make compliance of the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 05.06.2026 by depositing 30% of the remaining cheque amount before the trial court. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition. 3.
