2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will not press prayer (i) and that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 15.08.2021 vide Annexure-X. The respondent has not passed any order on the said representation. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is granted, the respondents will consider Annexure-X and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-X and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
