The present application has been filed for rectification of judgment/order dated 12.03.2026 passed by this Court. It has been stated that a sum of ₹21,000/- was deposited on 04.11.2019 and a sum of ₹10,000/- was deposited on 31.03.2023 before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chachiot, at Gohar, District Mandi, H.P. and amount of ₹38,000/- is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that this money is to be disbursed to the complainant/respondent No.1 as per compromise.

The amount deposited before the Registry of this Court was wrongly mentioned as ₹70,000/- in para 3 of the judgment/order dated 12.03.2026 and it was also wrongly mentioned that no other amount has been deposited before any other Court. There are purely clerical error, hence, present application is allowed. The amount ₹70,000/- reflected in para 3 of the judgment/order dated 12.03.2026 is substituted to ₹38,000/- and the words ‘No other amount has been deposited in any other Court is ordered to be deleted and substituted by the words ‘and an amount of ₹31,000/- deposited before learned Judicial Magistrate, , First Class, Chachiot at Gohar, District Mandi, H.P. is ordered to be released to the complainant/respondent’ before the words ‘by remitting the same to his bank account on furnishing of the bank account details, if any not furnished earlier’ .
