Respondent(s) For Petitioner : None For State : Mr. Anil S. Pandey, Govt. Advocate For Respondents No. 3 & 4 : Mr. Navoday Singh, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Order on Board 06.07.2026 1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):-“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set aside the impugned order dated 28.02.2022 (Annexure P/1). 2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue his services at the present place of posting i.e. Gram Panchayat Khaprikala.
10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favor of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.” 2. At the outset, it is manifest from the instant petition that the services of the petitioner, who is holding the post of Panchayat Secretary posted at Gram Panchayat Khaprikala, Janpad Panchayat Lormi were attached with the Office of respondent No.4 vide order dated 28.02.2022. 3. From perusal of the record, it is found that an interim order has been granted in favour of the petitioner on the ground that there are specific instructions by the Government banning the posting of employees at different places by way of attachment. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the impugned order of attachment has been withdrawn and the petitioner has been reposted at Gram Panchayat Khaprikala vide order dated 08.04.2022. He, therefore, submits that nothing survives for adjudication and the present writ petition has become infructuous. 5. Having considered the submission advanced by learned counsel for the State and taking note of the order dated 08.04.2022, whereby the impugned order of attachment has already been withdrawn, this Court is of the opinion that 3 nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/- (Rakesh Mohan Pandey) JUDGE $. Bhilwar
