The aforesaid amount was due towards the maintenance of the respondent/wife. The respondent/wife had filed execution proceedings. The amount is deposited by the husband as the execution proceeding was filed for recovery of Rs.51,288/-. 2. Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that as on date Rs.1,02,999/- is due towards the maintenance of the respondent/wife.
