(1)
No landlord shall make the purchase by any person of any furniture in any premises a condition for the grant, renewal or continuance of the tenancy of such premises.
(2)
No person shall publish, or cause to be published, in any newspaper or otherwise any advertisement -
(a) for the purchase by any person of any furniture, or
(b) for the payment of any sum exceeding one month's rent in advance,
