Power of Controller to appointment of Commissioner

- The Controller shall have powers to appoint a Commissioner in any proceeding pending before him and for this purpose, he shall have all the powers of a Civil Court under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908).] [Inserted by Tamil Nadu Act 23 of 1973.]
