(1)In Article 80 of the Constitution,-(a)in sub-clause (b) of clause (1), after word "States ", the words "and of the Union Territories " shall be added;(b)in clause (2), after the words "of the States " the words "and of the Union Territories " shall be inserted;(c)in clause (4), the words and letters "specified in Part A or Part B of the First Schedule " shall be omitted; and(d)in clause (5), for the words and letter "States specified in Part C of the First Schedule ", the words "Union Territories " shall be substituted.
