- The financial year for all the schemes shall end as of March 31st of each year :

Provided that, for a new scheme commenced during a financial year, the disclosure and reporting requirements would apply for the period beginning from the date of its commencement and ending on March 31st of [that financial] [Substituted by S.O. 32(E), dated 12.1.1998] year.
