Issue conditions

(1)

The issuer shall file the letter of offer in accordance with sub-regulation 8 and 9 of regulation 71 and shall pay fees to the Board as specified in Schedule III.

(2)

The lead manager(s) shall submit to the Board, the following documents along with the letter of offer:
