- Nothing contained in [sub-section (8) of section 33] [Substituted for 'clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 33 or sub section (S) thereof by Tamil Nadu Act No. 4 of 2013, dated 23.2.2013, w.e.f. 31.1.2013.] shall apply to any self-reliant society or class of self-reliant societies which complies with such conditions as the Government may, by general or special order, specify.
