The Election Commission shall, from time to time, by notification published in the Gazette of India and in the Official Gazette of the State concerned, consolidate all orders made under section 8A or section 9 so as to indicate the parliamentary constituencies, the assembly constituencies and, if any, the council constituencies as they exist on the date of such notification.
