The Tribunals Reforms (Rationalisation and Conditions of Service) Ordinance, 2021 is hereby repealed.
(2)
Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the 1970. Cinematograph Act, 1952, the Copyright Act, 1957, the Customs Act, 1962, the PatentsAct, the Airports Authority of India Act, 1994, the Trade MarksAct, 1999, the Geographical Indications of Goods (Registration and Protection)Act, 1999, the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act, 2001 and the Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002, as amended by the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of those Acts, as amended by this Act.
