(1)

The Chairperson and Member of a Tribunal shall be eligible for re-appointment in accordance with the provisions of this Act:

Provided that, in making such re-appointment, preference shall be given to the service rendered by such person.

All re-appointments shall be made in the same manner as provided in sub-section (2) of section 3.
