- (l) Where any part of the property of a public trust is situate within the local limits of the jurisdiction of more than one Assistant Commissioner, the Assistant Commissioner incharge of the registration of that trust shall forward a copy of the entries or amended entries recorded in the register in respect of that public trust to each Assistant Commissioner within whose jurisdiction any part of the trust property is situate.

(2)

On receipt of a copy of the entries or amended entries under Sub-section (1) the Assistant Commissioner shall cause the particulars thereof to be entered in a book prescribed for the purpose.
