Section 69

Assistance to officer-in-charge to be given

- The licensee shall afford all reasonable assistance to the officer-in-charge in carrying out his duties. The warehouse or godown as well as each of the rooms and compartments therein shall remain under double locks and keys of the licensee and the excise officer-in-charge.
