- No worts shall be removed from the brewery until the duty imposed under chapter V of the Assam Excise Act, 2000 has been paid or until a bond for payment of such duty under S.9 of the aforesaid Act has been executed for the payment thereof.

Provided that the quantity of worts of beer which may have issued without payment of duty as aforesaid shall not be exceed the quantity the duty leviable of which is covered by the said bond.
