- Application for the grant of licence for compounding, blending, reducing and bottling of foreign liquor shall be addressed to the Commissioner of Excise and shall also be accompanied by -

i. a description of the site and plan of the building in triplicate in which the manufactory operations is proposed to be established by the applicant specifying the number, size and description of the plant and apparatus, proposed to be installed therein;

ii. an authorization from local authority concerned that there is no objection for the construction and working of the manufactory on the proposed site and in the buildings shown in the plan, and

iii. the maximum number of days in a week or month for which the operation (s) will be carried on.

iv. application fee as prescribed in rule 113 of these Rules.
